Thames Valley Building offers a full design and architectural service for every type of build. From small residential projects, through to large scale developments in and around Thames Valley.
We understand property as both architectural designers and builders. Maximising existing space and providing luxurious comfort is more than achievable.
Architectural Services
After your initial free visit, we can start the process of putting ideas and architectural drawings together for you. Our customers find the visit an ideal opportunity to discuss the potential drawings and work with the architect to get the project 'right for you'.
Once we have produced your drawings we can also carry out any calculations needed for steel work or structural alterations. Structural engineers will then produce technical plans ready for Building Regulations Approval.
